Human Resources Manager – Human Resources Office
(Ref: HRM (HRO) 2021-09-17)

Responsibilities
  • work closely with designated academic departments / administrative offices to provide one-stop-shop HR service and solution, including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, on-boarding, engagement & retention, staff relations, and off-boarding arrangement;
  • assist in the formulation, review and implementation of HR policies guidelines and procedures;
  • provide administrative / secretarial support to committees; and
  • participate in different projects such as learning and development, HR systems, performance management and benefits administration etc.

 

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognized degree with at least 10 years of experience at a supervisory level, preferably from sizable organizations;
  • have solid or hands-on experience in at least one of the areas: talent acquisition / performance management / learning and development / compensation and benefits / staff relations;
  • be able to make sound decision with analytical mindset;
  • have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels;
  • be a computer literate, with some knowledge in HRIS system; and
  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Applicants with work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
