The University now invites applications/nominations for the following position:

Reporting to the Vice-President (Organisational Development), the appointee will be responsible for handling legal, compliance and governance related assignments and risk management matters. He/She will also be in charge of full spectrum of company secretarial matters and work closely with the Head of Secretariat, to provide support to the Board business and related works.

The appointee should possess a recognised degree in Law, Company Secretariat, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional qualifications, have a minimum of 5 years’ solid working experience in handling legal matters and company secretarial matters, preferably in sizable organisations, and be well-versed in Companies Ordinance and other relevant regulations.  He/She should also be self-motivated, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility, have good time management skills and be able to work under tight timeline and pressure, and be a positive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
