Senior Executive Officer/Executive Officer – Student Affairs Office
(Ref: SEO/EO (SAO-PE) 2021-02-26)

Responsibilities
  • perform administrative support for the PE Unit and support the PE modules development;
  • promote health and physical education to the HSUHK community and the public;
  • provide secretarial support to various committees/working groups/task forces;
  • assist in organising inter- and intra- university sports events and activities; and
  • assist in daily operation of PE Unit including sports facilities management, customer services and enquiries handling.

 

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognized degree with 5 years or above relevant working experience at the executive level, preferably gained in tertiary institutions, and experience in secretarial duties in committees;
  • proficiency in copywriting, editing, and message development skills;
  • possess good interpersonal and communication skills, be mature, self-motivated and outgoing and be able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
  • be a fast learner, a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work independently;
  • be proficient in general computer skills, including Adobe Illustrator and word processing in Chinese, and social media applications; and
  • have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive Officer.
