The University now invites application for the following position:

• provide executive and secretarial support for the Department;
• handle student matters, organise events and programme-related activities of the Department; and
• liaise with Schools/ Departments/ Offices, and work closely with other academic divisions and teams for the School's administration.

• possess a Bachelor’s degree; and have at least 3 years’ working experience preferably in the education sector;
• demonstrate a remarkably good command of written and spoken English;
• possess excellent interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
• be organised, responsible, and self-motivated; and
• be able to work independently and take up ad hoc duties.

Applicant with less years of experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Officer.
