The University now invites application for the following position:

• provide marketing and administrative support to fundraising events, activities and committees;
• prepare donation proposals, presentations, reports and related collaterals;
• arrange and co-ordinate campus visits, receptions and ceremonies;
• assist in the donor/alumni database management; and
• provide administrative support to the Office.

• possess a recognised degree with at least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in marketing, communications or related disciplines;
• have a good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken);
• possess sound knowledge of computer software applications, preferably with experience in website production, database management and social media;
• have strong analytical skill and attention to detail (including figures); and
• possess good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Applicants with work experience in the higher education sector will be an advantage.
