The University now invites application for the following position:
Technician - Information Technology Services Centre
(Ref: Tech (ITSC) 2019-12-06)
- provide IT/AV technical support to classrooms, staff and students;
- provide hotline and helpdesk support to staff and students;
- manage IT and AV equipment for small scale events;
- perform day-to-day IT/AV technical functions, including but not limit to troubleshooting and installation.
- have a High Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or AV-related discipline;
- good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- possess good knowledge in operating and managing classroom equipment;
- be pleasant with positive mindset and have good customer and interpersonal skills;
- preferably have 1 or 2-year related working experience in a school environment; and
- be willing to work on shift duties.
The appointee will be required to work shifts in evenings, on weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
