Executive Officer – Registry

Responsibilities
  • conduct non-local promotional activities and coordinate the logistics arrangement for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes;
  • answer enquires primarily from non-local parents, students, professional bodies, student recruitment agencies and alike;
  • process undergraduate and postgraduate applications and liaise with applicants, programmes and administrative offices;
  • compile promotional materials for non-local undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment.

 

 

Applicants Should
  • possess a recognized university degree;
  • have at least 3 years of experience in local/non-local student recruitment and organizing promotional events;
  • have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua;
  • have good computer literacy, including knowledge of Chinese word processing;
  • have effective administrative abilities and strong organizational skills;
  • have the ability to relate to a diverse community of users, stakeholders and service providers; and
  • be independent, resourceful, detail-oriented and a team player.
